These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Minbun Studios (MB Studios), including all video production, cinematography, editing, and related services, as well as use of our website and digital content. By booking or engaging with MB Studios, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Service Overview
MB Studios offers professional videography, cinematography, editing, and post-production services. All services are customized per project and defined in writing (such as invoices, emails, or contracts) prior to the start of any project.
2. Booking & Payments
To confirm your project:
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your shoot date.
• Final payment is due prior to delivery of final files.
• All pricing, deliverables, and timelines will be clearly communicated before production begins.
• Late payments may result in delays or additional fees.
3. Project Timeline
Turnaround times vary depending on project scope. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the beginning of each project.
Delays may occur if communication, feedback, or required assets are not provided in a timely manner.
4. Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds (typically 1–2 unless otherwise stated).
• Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
• Feedback must be provided within 5 business days of receiving drafts.
5. Ownership & Usage
• MB Studios retains ownership of raw footage, project files, and working materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients are granted a license to use final delivered content for personal or agreed commercial use.
• MB Studios reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, or social media unless otherwise requested in writing prior to project completion.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot may be canceled without a cancellation fee, excluding any non-refundable costs already incurred.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled shoot will incur a 100% charge.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested with reasonable notice. Requests made within 48 hours may be treated as a cancellation.
• In the event of emergency or unforeseen circumstances on our end, the shoot will be rescheduled at no additional cost or handled in accordance with applicable refund terms.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing all necessary materials, information, and assets on time.
• Ensuring all required permissions for locations, talent, and materials are secured.
• Responding to communication and feedback requests in a timely manner.
8. Limitation of Liability
While MB Studios strives to deliver high-quality work and meet deadlines:
• We are not liable for delays or damages caused by factors beyond our control, including technical failure, weather conditions, or external disruptions.
• In all cases, total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
9. Confidentiality
All project details and client information are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
