MEDIA RELEASE AND USAGE Policy

This Media Release & Usage Notice ("Notice") governs the capture, use, and distribution of photo, video, and audio content recorded by or on behalf of Minbun Studios (MB Studios) during events, productions, and related activities. By attending, participating in, or being present at any MB Studios production, you agree to comply with this Notice.

1. Recording Consent

By entering or participating in an MB Studios event or production, you acknowledge and consent that:
• Photo, video, and audio recording may take place at any time
• You may appear in footage captured during the course of the event or production
• Recording may include performers, crew members, volunteers, and attendees

2. Use of Recorded Content

MB Studios may use recorded material for purposes including, but not limited to:
• Marketing and promotional content
• Social media posting and distribution
• Website and portfolio display
• Client deliverables and project documentation
• Behind-the-scenes and archival use

3. Rights & Ownership

• All recorded media captured by MB Studios remains the property of Minbun Studios unless otherwise stated in a written agreement
• Clients or participants are granted only the usage rights explicitly outlined in their project agreement
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of MB Studios content is strictly prohibited

4. Public Event Notice

• Many MB Studios productions take place in public or semi-public environments
• In such settings, complete exclusion from media capture may not be possible
• Attendance at public-facing events implies acknowledgment of potential recording

5. Third-Party Usage

• MB Studios is not responsible for unauthorized recording or redistribution by third parties not directly affiliated with MB Studios
• This Notice applies only to media captured by or on behalf of MB Studios

6. Limitation of Liability

• MB Studios is not liable for incidental appearance in public recordings where individuals are present in shared or open environments
• Participation or attendance does not guarantee exclusion from media capture

7. Changes to This Notice

MB Studios reserves the right to update this Notice at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued participation in events or productions constitutes acceptance of the updated Notice.
