reFund policy

At Minbun Studios, we understand that creative projects require time, resources, and flexibility. To protect both our team and clients, the following refund policy outlines when refunds are available, what costs are non-refundable, and how refund requests are handled.

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

• Technical Failure (on our end): If a technical error on our part prevents delivery of the agreed final product and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a full or partial refund may be issued.
• Production Inability: If we are unable to fulfill the filming or editing service due to internal circumstances (illness, emergency, or equipment failure), and no reschedule or alternative can be agreed upon, a refund will be considered.

2. Non-Refundable Costs
The following expenses are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the project is canceled or delayed:

• Sets, Props & Materials: Any set designs, props, or physical materials purchased or rented for your project.
• Equipment Rentals: Third-party rental costs for lighting, cameras, or other gear, once confirmed.
• Pre-Production Expenses: Costs related to permits, location scouting, travel, or production planning.
• Completed Work: Once a shoot is complete and/or editing has begun, the work already performed is non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued after a session has been completed and paid for.

3. Client Responsibility & Error
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• Inaccurate Information: If the client provides incorrect or incomplete materials (dates, shot lists, footage, etc.), delays or incomplete projects caused by that are not eligible for refunds.
• Missed Deadlines Due to Client Delays: If the client fails to respond, provide assets, or approve drafts in a timely manner, resulting in missed deadlines or cancellation, no refund will be issued.

4. Requesting a Refund
To submit a refund request:

Include: Project name, shoot date, and a clear explanation of your request

We will respond within 7 business days after receiving your request. Each refund case is reviewed individually. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.

5. Refund Disputes
Disputes regarding refunds must be submitted in writing. If no resolution can be reached through communication, the matter will be escalated according to our legal terms outlined in the Terms of Service.
