These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Minbun Studios (MB Studios), including all video production, editing, and related services, as well as use of our website and digital content. By engaging with us, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Service Overview
MB Studios offers professional videography, cinematography, editing, and post-production services. Services are customized per project and defined in writing (e.g. invoice, email agreement, or contract) prior to project start.
2. Booking & Payments
To confirm your project:
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your shoot date.
• Final payment is due before delivery of the final video.
• All rates, deliverables, and timelines will be clearly communicated in advance.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.
3. Project Timeline
Turnaround times vary by project scope. Estimated delivery timelines are shared at the beginning of each project. Delays may occur if client communication, asset delivery, or feedback is not provided promptly.
4. Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds (usually 1–2, unless otherwise stated).
• Additional edits outside the original scope or after final delivery may incur extra charges.
• Feedback should be provided within 5 business days of receiving drafts.
5. Ownership & Usage
• MB Studios retains ownership of raw footage and project files unless a written transfer is agreed upon.
• Clients receive a license to use the final video(s) for personal or agreed-upon commercial purposes.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or on social platforms unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Rescheduling is allowed with adequate notice and subject to availability.
• In case of emergency or unforeseen issues on our end, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing all necessary assets and information on time.
• Ensuring proper permissions for all locations, people, and materials used in the video.
• Responding to communication and providing timely feedback.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we do everything possible to deliver quality and meet deadlines:
• We are not liable for delays or damages caused by technical failure, weather, or acts beyond our control.
• In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
9. Confidentiality
All project-related information and client data are treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
