Overview:
Minbun Studios is seeking reliable On-Site Production Assistants to support small video shoots across NYC.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain real on-set experience while helping with essential behind-the-scenes tasks.

No experience needed — just a good attitude and willingness to learn.

Position Details :

Role: On-site Assistant (staff)

Type: Freelance / Per Shoot

Location: NYC-based (outdoor, studio rentals, or event spaces)

Duration: 2-3 hours per shoot (may vary depending on the shoot)

Compensation: This is a volunteer-based role. Paid opportunities may be offered in the future, with early assistants given priority.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Monitoring gear (bags, lights, unused equipment)

• Assisting with lightweight setup (tripods, gimbals, etc)

• Keeping the shoot area organized and safe

• Being alert and responsive on set
