At Minbun Studios, we strive to deliver high-quality video production services. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we aim to accommodate our clients' needs fairly and transparently.

Payment

Overview:

To ensure a seamless and professional experience for all parties involved, we require that all filmer fees be paid in full immediately or within 24-48 hours following the completion of the filming session. This policy is designed to uphold a smooth workflow and maintain the integrity of our professional relationships.

Payments must be made before receiving footage.

Payment Timing:

  1. Immediate Payment: Payment should be completed at the end of the filming session. This ensures that both parties are aligned and can proceed with their responsibilities immediately.

  2. 24-48 Hours Payment: If immediate payment is not feasible, payment must be made within 24-48 hours post-session. This time frame allows for a short period of financial flexibility while still maintaining our operational efficiency.

Impact of Payment Delays:

Any delays in the payment process may result in postponements of various services, including but not limited to:

  1. Delivery of Filmed Material: The release of the raw footage or any preliminary content may be delayed.

  2. Editing Services: Post-production work, including editing and refining the filmed material, may be deferred until payment is received.

  3. Further Collaboration: Future projects or additional services may be put on hold until outstanding payments are settled.

Refund

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  1. Client Error: Refunds are not available if the client provides incorrect information or fails to provide necessary materials, resulting in a delay or failure to complete the project. We will work with you to resolve any issues; additional fees may apply for corrections.

  2. Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues on our end that prevent delivery of the final product, we will work to resolve the problem and offer a refund if we cannot deliver the project within a reasonable time frame.

Non-Refundable:

  1. Sets and Props: Costs associated with sets, props, and other physical items purchased or rented specifically for the project are non-refundable. These costs are incurred as soon as the booking is confirmed and are necessary for the production.

  2. Lighting and Equipment Rentals: Fees for lighting and other equipment rentals that have been arranged and confirmed will not be refunded if the cancellation occurs after the equipment has been booked.

  3. Production Costs: Costs associated with pre-production activities, such as location scouting or permits, are non-refundable once incurred.

No Refunds Post-Session:
Once a filming session has been completed and payment has been made, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. This policy ensures that resources are appropriately allocated and the filming process is not compromised.
